yesterday was just a washcloth job at the sink, but today I had proper scrub in the bath. I didn't wash my hair though, but I can only wash it twice a week these days, it get's too dry otherwise.

I took a full shower, including washing and drying my hair. I was definitely due for one. I'm seeing my therapist in a little while. I didn't want to look that bad. My hair is not in a good place at its current length. It stayed looking better longer at a shorter length, but my husband hinted he'd like it longer. I have had to resort to putting it in a ponytail lately. I don't think that's what he had in mind, though he said it looked cute. Letting it grow long will lessen the frequency of my haircuts. That would save money.

showered and washed my hair Monday. Showered again today, no hair washing.
My big struggle is finding the energy to do more grooming beyond showering and brushing my teeth. Maybe pluck my eyebrows or shave my underarms...a bit of makeup? Or do something with my hair other than scraping it into a ponytail after letting it air dry. I put on some lipstick the other day, I didn't go anywhere, but I thought it looked nice, and it made me happy. |

Just a wash cloth job at the sink today, a shower was just beyond me. I did put on clean afterwards though.
My fantasy is that I'll regularly wear jeans, and a bra and a decent top, and be always "someone's at the door" presentable. But no, each day I remain in my pjs while I do housework and laundry - I even workout in my pjs. And then after a shower I put on a new set of clean pjs. How did I once upon a time, workout early, shower, put on clean, pressed clothes and get out of the house each day - for years I managed it. How did I do it? It seems a complete mystery to me. |

Too much sleep debt, no shower yesterday. Still sleep deprived today, but managed a bath and clean pjs.

No shower or bath on holiday Monday. I did manage to bath and wash my hair on Tuesday, bath only yesterday and today...I super sleep deprived so each time this week its been like climbing a mountain to get the basics done.

Fantastic shower earlier this morning. One good thing I will say is that I have been taking them consistently.

I had a bath yesterday, but I didn't wash my hair. I haven't washed my hair since Tuesday, hopefully that will get done today.

Hot water was shut off in our building today while some work was being done on the boiler. I did my best with a wash cloth. The hot water wasn't back on until supper time, and I was just too tired for a bath or shower by that time. I knelt on the floor beside the tub and washed my hair though. I don't know why this seemed easier than getting in, but it did.
