I finally took a shower. It had been awhile. I was with mum daily from early morning till 8:30 and didn’t feel up to it, then when she died my sisters and daughter were here. I didn’t have time for my hair to dry. I don’t have a hair dryer.

I finally took a shower for the first time since Monday morning. Its been years since I've gone that long without showering. I was just so zapped of physical energy I just couldn't.... I took a long hot one with 2 types of body wash and a bar of soap.

I had my hair washed after touch up of color and hair cut at the beauty school aveda ......don't know when i will shower. edited to say this was saturday for the hair appointment.

Yesterday I also took a long overdue shower. But even more so, washed/conditioned/styled my hair and shaved my legs, etc., which are even more overdue tasks. I'm always happy when it's done, but that rarely motivates me enough to be more timely in the future.

I took a shower yesterday.4-7-23.
washed hair bought a new shower curtain and long plush rug purplish silver colored, it is beautiful. for got how cumbersome a new shower curtain liner is, installing it and taking off the old one. sigh. At least that part of my tub is clean. tried to get rid of some orange stains from the bath mat. no good will need to bleach it off. I need a new bath mat. our bed bath and beyond is closing its door soon. they don't have any bath mats left.
