Someone just sent me a reasonable message that I so wanted to argue against for the sake of it, but I just responded “ok”
Maybe tomorrow I’ll go visit a buddy of mine and see if I can hold my tongue when I don’t have that extra time to think before reacting. The five second “am I going to regret this later?” Test question. Working miracles for me since I implemented it at 4am this morning. __________________ [Insert thought-provoking and comedic quote here] |

Still no fights! I swear, this idea I've never learned or even be led to in therapy of "just stop and take five seconds to ask if this is something you'll regret later" and learning the f-its won't last forever works. Life-altering.
