What do you do when you feel yourself falling? Are you able to stop the crash and burn or do you just go with the flow? What kind of things do you physically do during the fall and when you've crashed and hit bottom?

well, honestly...when you feel out of control..there are two options....reach out for help or just "free fall"...i've always reached out and found the support and sympathy/empathy i've needed to regain some control....it's your choice...but you know what I hope you'll choose....i really like you and I want you around....especially when I free fall...love grace

Thanks Grace. I've made a good friend in you. Thanks for reaching out to me and you know I'll always be there for you. Just PM if I don't see a thread you want me to see. What do you do
