I just got out of a hypomanic episode one week ago and I am feeling the raciness going on in my mind once again. I tried taking a warm bubble bath to calm down and was only partially successful. I am hoping that this is not like the last week. Does anyone have any calming techniques that might work aside from running on the treadmill and getting injured, a warm bath or warm camomille tea???

Thanks,

I always try to read. It usually forces my mind to concentrate on one thing instead of race all over like a hyperactive toddler. Of course, I enjoy reading.

I am just confused about my whole body. I am having a hard time feeling integrated when my mind is racing and I feel like I want to cry, too. What is this all about? I am trying hard not to have to medicate this away! I don't know if I'll be able to sleep tonight with what is going on.

Slick is not feeling too slick.
