(i think i can)
even if today is bad, I know we work like a wave, I will be better. I read a statistic that BP I people have a 90% probability of having episodes even on medication, but it shortens them and decreases their intensity. (and I'm thankful for that) Think about how much worse it could be without these magic little pills? ![]()

Also, this book I'm reading says that you have a 30% increased chance of committing suicide if you stop Lithium treatment as opposed to continuing it, but it also says that using Lithium as opposed to no medication at all decreases your chance of suicide by 16%...If I'm looking at that correctly, I'm coming out 46% ahead of where I was before medication and that's just FRIKKEN AWESOME. Am I right, or what?
