I think I am rapid cycling at the moment. I feel thoses times are really the worst. One moment I am balling and ready to si thr next I'm running around getting things done all while being very irritable. Right now its morning I'm somewhat calm but I woke easier than norm so I know I'm on the up side. I need to have a level day. At least when I'm either up or down I can figure how to deal when its going back and forth its too hard

That is awful. Personally I think rapid cycling is tied with mixed episodes in the crapness. ((((hugs)))) Hope it stops soon for you.
