I haven't told my doctor but for a long time now I've been getting paranoid that I'm possessed. It's not really an issue now that I'm on antipsychotics, but should I tell my doctor? Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, I think you should let your doctor know. If the problem has responded to antipsychotics, that's a great thing in my view!
