my friend is travelling by plane to my city today. Saturday. He is delusional, thinks former girlfried is dealing drugs and that he is in danger. what can i do for him immediately?

There are several things you can do. First many big cities have crisis centers. I don't know where you live but that would be an option. Second, private psych hospitals usually have an assessment resource center where you can walk in 24 hrs a day for an assessment and they will determine whether or not your friend needs admission. Lastly, there's always a regular ER you can go to. Whatever you decide, good luck! Welcome to PC!
