Yeah, now I have to take glucophage because I gained 12lbs in 5 weeks on my meds. LAME-O! It's supposed to help with cravings. So far, so good. I don't eat as much and I don't have the feeling of hunger ALL the time.
Now I just have to start exercising. I mean, I was fat anyway, but now it's worse.
Because I have an ankle with arthritis, it's hard to do my favorite things, walk and ride bikes.
Any suggestions?

Swimming, pilates, yoga. Consult your doctor first and start slow. Good Luck! I gained 50 lbs when I was first diagnosed and it's finally slowly coming off after a med switch.
