I've gotten unexplained crying kind of things right before, but lately I've been really irritable and angry and touchy and wanting to be alone and an't sit still. Now today I think my period is starting but I think its been less than a month stince the last one. Maybe I'm confused, since I never write them down.

Yep. Even before I was dx'd bipolar I got irritable in the days before my period started. Then I got super energy/elated at the middle-end of it. It might just be PMS...but obviously I'm not a p-doc. Asking yours would be best.
