Someone else mentioned this book recently. I've ordered it. Can't wait to start working on things.
My therapist says my moods are still to out of control to work on goals while my meds get tweaked right. I, however, really want to start working on my thought patterns and behaviors. So I guess I gotta do it by myself.

I asked at my local mental health centre if I could join a DBT and the wait list was a year.
