I think I am rapid cycling. I am not hitting the top or the bottom, but I am bouncing around quite a bit.

Is this as good as it gets? It seems like I have nice energetic bursts and get started on things that need to be done and things I just want to do, and then in two days, I have lost the energy and motivation.

This isn't stability, is it? If it is, I'd rather be the way I was before meds. At least I knew what to expect each day.

I get that sometimes especially when I am doing something related to job or study...

But if it is a game, movie, novel, magazine or household work such as fixing a computer or whatever, I rarely leave the task unaccomplished.

No suggestions for you, I am the victim of the same problem...
