Finally was told this is what I have and probably since I was in my teens. Yeh! It finally explains all the ups & downs in my life.
The first Pdoc said it was all due to my husband of nearly 33 yrs and there was no such thing as Bi Bolar 2. And if I felt that I was Bi Polar then in that case, I needed to go on Lithiumum etc which is a big No! No! when one is diabetic. What a tosser! I am currently trying Valpro 200 but after afew hours of taking my morning meds feel like I have the flu. Does anyone one feel like this? __________________ Tread lightly as my poor head can't take much more. |

I get flu-like feelings when I start new meds. It will pass. If it doesn't call your p-doc. You may not be tolerating your meds.

I had trouble with vomiting on valproate. Got so bad that after a while they couldn't raise me to therapuetic levels. Not fun!
