I am in super motivation mode this week. I met with my doc and she suggested I start running on my treadmill at night to de-stress before I go to bed. I am feeling so good this week. I changed my med time and bedtime so that I am sleepy when I go to sleep and awake in the morning. I am actually looking forward to getting on the treadmill. Don't really have a point but wanted to share my good mood with you all.

I am so happy for your improvement in your sleep life. I also use exercise to help me try and balance my life. It helps me feel better about myself when I am depressed and helps wear down some of my excess energy when manic.
