I had a great day today!! Just a couple of days back I felt that I didn't want to be here any longer. Decided to try taking my full dose of Abilify instead of just the 1/4 dose take the whole half dose perscribed... Not sure if that is why I felt so good today or not. But I'll take it!! Feeling Great is a great feeling!!
I hope it continues!!! I want it to continue!!

I am so glad you are doing better! Staying on your meds can only help. Hope it lasts a long, long time!
