All the stuff from my last thread. I don't know why I am making such a big deal about it. There is nothing I can do about it anyway.

If there's nothing you can do to fix it - can you agree to mentally put it away for now? This works for me when I'm over whelmed. In addition not many people are good at problem solving when we're upset, so don't look for solutions right now. If all those fail, I try to imagine if it could be worse and it certainly can. Perhaps you could write a nasty letter then rip it to shreds or pound some pillows when no one's around lol. Take some slow deep breaths and I hope things calm down.

That' sounds interesting - art is a wonderful way to calm yourself and take your mind off your problems. My brother had manic depression and he was a very gifted artist. Glad you felt better even for a moment ((BNL'sMOM))
