I had a moment of confusion between my meds and accidentally took 250mg of zoloft rather than my usual 100mg.

It was around 45 minutes ago - I feel ok but I've got a headache coming on.

I hope it'll be ok and I don't get that serotonin syndrome.

I wouldn't worry too much about 50mg more, it really shouldn't make you feel any different at one dose. If you are still worried call your doctor or pharmacist.

My sister was on 200mg for a while so I think you'll be ok. Maybe a bit nauseous cos I some times got that when I started SSRIs.
