Hi. I did not think this was a big deal, but i scored "sevior" on the mania quiz. And yes i do see how I have the bipolar disorder. I am just here clueless and need advice because I myself did not look itno this subject yet.

What I want to know, is this serious? And is there anything healthy I can do about it.

Alex,

The quizzes here are just tools to kinda help guide us in the right direction. If you scored high on the mania quiz, check out ALL the symptoms of bi-polar on the home page, and see if you match the criteria. If you do, see your doctor and explain your 'findings' and go from there. IF left untreated, bi-polar can take over your life with the all-over-the-place emotions, the highs and lows...if you let it. Only a medical professional can diagnose bi-polar, often times a psychiatrist. If you feel you are bi-polar, get to your doctor.

That's the best advice I can offer.
