Hey Doc,
This is my first time in this forum or any other actually, for the first time ever i dont feel completely alone as i have this new forum to attend.
I was diagnosed with bipolar several years ago, medicated accordinly, then i stayed in complete denial until just recently, sure i took my meds for some time, but as i move around a lot, no one has really ever had the cance, or should i say misfortune to experience the full impact of my highs and lows at their worst, until now.....
Truly, i am so grateful to have this arena to chat, get advise and not feel judged

I've never personally been in denial about BPD or anything else on that level, but I've experienced the denial from family members that have seen me truly suffering.

Welcome! Everyone needs some support for this thing we call bipolar disorder. I'm glad you found this site. People on here have always been nice and encouraging to me too. I joined in June of '09. Stop in anytime. Someone will be here for you.
