I went off Seroquel cold turkey a few weeks per my pdoc. Now i get these feelings like tiny tiny bigs are crawling on me- plus i feel little bumps like tiny skin tags where it itches. It feels like a cat hair on me - but all over. Ugh. I goyta press send!

I don't know what to tell you, as I have not gone off of Seroquel... If it is half as bad as effexor I would be thankfull. That really messed with me, even stepping of gradualy.

I have been on 50 mgs of Seroquel and I stopped taking a couple of days ago because I am sleeping well on my own. I haven't noticed any withdrawal. Were you taking a large dose? Maybe that has something to do with it.

That seems like a pretty extreme reaction for only 50mg. I are sure there's not something else going on?

I went off Seroquel last summer and the only thing that happened to me was a spontaneous (well spread out over a week or so) increase in energy, lack of need for sleep (unlike the 12-14 hours while on SQ), and a full on episode of mania that lasted 9 weeks. All I was on was Lamictal and Wellbutrin after I came off of SQ.
On another note, I did have the strange feeling of hair on my tongue when none was there for some time back in November and December of '09. Not sure what I was taking that was causing that. It also felt like there was a small piece of glass or glitter on the left side of my face. Nothing was really there. I was on lithium and Geodon and a couple of other things back then. Sorry about the phantom hair. It is truly annoying.

I am on 600mg, stopped taking them for a while and all I noticed was the fact that I had lots of energy and didn't need much sleep. As for any other "withdrawl symptoms" not that I can recall. Hope all is well.

yeah, i agree... it seems like A WHOLE LOT of symptoms from just 50mg... im on 600mg standing and then 50 PRM if i need after that. if i dont take it, i just dont feel tired.

I changedy sheets and put lotion on ... I see that my ceiling fan is VERY dusty. Need a wet rag and a short ladder....

I stop seroquel because i gained so much weight. I was taking 800 a day. I'm so glad to be off it
