Well, today happens to be a "down day" for me. Just having the ex around doing the siding and stuff is taking it's toll. All of the anger, frustration and hurt feelings are rushing at me full force, and I'm helpless to stop it. I'm doing my best to avoid him, but we still have to cross paths here and there. I just want my house put back together so I can put my life back together.

I am doing good right now....trying to remain positive...but like Favoredy I too have been DX with BPD2 and my lows are so bad and last so long....but I am feeling good right now and trying to enjoy it....thanks for the comments...

I am Bipolar 2 also. Today seems to be a pretty good day for me. I hope it lasts. Thanks for the nice comments! I hope everyone else will get better too. For all of those dealing with Bipolar disorder
