Really? Holy cow I cannot shake this down. Horribly low, but I am NOT going to let it beat me. It won't.
My first mother's day and I am just totally depressed. In my bed, watching TV, trying to do something fun, but I am just not interested in anything fun right now. I have been sleeping off and on all day. The hubby is here, thank goodness. He is taking me out to dinner with our son. I don't really "want" to go, but I will for them. This totally totally sucks and I really am not sure what I can do to help myself at this point. I am frustrated, tired, lost and feeling low. Any ideas on what I might try??? I am up for just about anything.

Yeah, it really stinks when you depressed and nothing appeals to you. When you'd be happy with any activity that just passes the time.
Try starting activities that you used to enjoy. Sometimes an activity that you thought you would hate isn't so bad once you get into it. |

Hmmm....ok. Maybe I should take my bike out for a ride. Or make cookies!

Sometimes this helps me: I go to bigfishgames.com and play the one hour trial period on different games; it helps keep me focused and once in awhile I find one I like enough to buy (they are only $7 per game). I do know how tempting staying in bed is though; sometimes its hard to get started on anything. I hope things look better soon!
