I just don't have the attention span lately. I think I am slightly on the upside and my ability to read longer posts falters.

BNLsMOM, i can relate, i too am short on attention and concertration, i havent posted in like a week, just cant muster the energy to... but have been reading posts so thats something...i cant even focus on this im writing, do take care, sweetheart

I have about 5 things on the go at once in order to be somewhat productive, yet still fit in with my serious lack of concentration. It's the only way I know how to cope.

I'm also not sure that this lack of concentration is related to either mania or depression - I seem to have this problem 90% of the time, regardless.

me too. I am very manic feeling but with no attention span or motivation sucks... but im so happy BNLsMOM that you are feeling better than you were!

I get that way too BNLsMom. I used to love reading books but now I listen to audiobooks instead. Having earphones on with someone reading to you helps me to concentrate a little better. shaggy
