We can share diet tips, recipes, and fitness tips so that the dreaded psych med weight gain won't get the better of us?

We can track our progress as well i.e. what we've eaten, how we've exercised, etc?

We can help support each other by being accountable to one another in a supportive, nurturing way.
Thanks for this!

If we're walking, would we want to post our time or distance? I'd like to.

I've just started doing 30mins a day on a treadmill. But it's hard to do everyday so far as I'm so tired at the end of the day, when it's my only time to do it. Slowly getting there.

Sounds good to me. I just started logging what I eat. I've been eating much less. I haven't been exercizing, but I've been more active, like doing more housework and mowing the grass. I have the wii fit which I had since February. I haven't used it yet. Been meaning to.
Maybe you all can help me.

I can't believe I typed my response in my sleep! But yeah I am going to start walking for an hour everyday and post my stats on here. I also plan on getting to bed at a decent hour.

Today I took a 20 minute walk around the hospital I'm staying at, during one of my passes. (I get 3 half hour passes per day).
