When I feel this way, I like feel like destroying things. Not people. Just things....
I lose sight of the reality.. yet get lost in the fantasy. Maybe its a coping mechanism. I never do anything... But I always reach that cliff. February was the last time I was there. TinaL ![]() |

I know this is going to sound stupid but, find some thick paper, some that's a little tough to tear, and rip it into small pieces. I don't know why but this really helps me!
