The bipolar and depression chat is now back on Friday nights from 7pm to 8pm! All who are interested in participating please come join us. The chat will be lead my myself and QueenAccountant. Hope to see you all there!!!
 Many different topics will be discussed to hopefully help everyone in their daily lives!

Thanks, Skully, good to hear. I kept thinking I had the time or day wrong (hehe, since I often am not sure what day it is anyway, you can imagine(!)) Looking forward to talking to folks.
(and writing a note to self.*right* now...  )

Great to hear the chats are back. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend them until I'm out of the hospital (they block the chats here), but I look forward to being able to attend.

I am new here and having trouble understanding the time zones in the chat. Is GMT-7 the same as Pacific Time? So the chat is showing in Pacific Time on my screen, if I understand this correctly? Sorry to be such a ditz.
