I have bipolar II disorder, PTSD, and MPD. I'm also an abuse survivor.
Lately, I've been struggling with depression. But, don't know why. I mean nothing bad has happened. I'm on seroquel and lamictac. They both work well. I've been on them for quite a while.

I have had some contact with family members. That was quite stressful. I guess that could be part of it. I'm just trying to sort out my feelings. I hope I'm making sense.
Thanks for listening.

Patti

(((kyangel 04))) - I think you're right - seeing family members may have triggered you. This is a sign to be extra good to yourself. Wishing you peace, calm and clarity.

(((kyangel 04))) I hope your feeling better now. Family can stress me out too big time. Try to do something nice for yourself. Sometimes that makes me feel a little better. Good luck!

I normally avoid family, but now that the rug has been pulled from underneath me, I'm awfully glad they're there, and as supportive as they are

I'm feeling some better today. I talked with Brian, my husband, last night. That helped.

hugs, Patti (kyangel)
