So my 1st day on medz I felt baked, which escalated 2me feeling drunk out my mind. Complete with spinning surroundns and 2 left feet. My depth perception's off, got sent home from work yesterday and didn't go in 2day, oh and when I listen to music it sounds TERRIBLE coz it sounds off-key, oh & cigarettes make me a little nauseus... I did tell my pdoc,he lowered my dosage, no change. I sent him an email. What do u guys think? Is it jis "teething problems" that'll end s00n? Or is it BAD??

I'd say "teething problems' - but at the same time not to be taken lightly and monitored.
Good that you are keeping your pdoc informed.
My cigarette's sometimes make me feel nauseous, but by the third of the day I'm fine.
Give it a few days, but keep in touch with your pdoc. As these are your first psych meds, you have no idea how your body will react to them
