I'm sorry you had to go through that. Keep strong and look after yourself.
Keep on your meds, as they will be your saving grace

Rcsweep. Sorry to hear about the attendee in your group. It can be a harsh reminder of how low we can get. All the more reason to stay on your meds. Keep strong and take care of yourself.

Sorry to hear about that member of the group, and that you had to witness their struggle. Indeed, it is tough to see that both because we feel bad for the individual, and also because we fear that it could happen to us. Please continue your medication, at least until you can discuss it with your pdoc and see what they think.

I hope you are feeling better soon.

BP is such a struggle at times, we are all strong and resilient to survive it.
Sorry to hear about the meds, I think we all struggle with it at times, but they are worth it!
