on 75mg of Lamictin and to a Klonopin 0.5mg this morning - is this normal; cos I feel a bit zombie-ish.
Not sure I like it.
Also had a bit of a depressed day Saturday - no real reason.
Just feel like curling up in a ball.
Could be the weather - cold, overcast and a bit rainy.
Just want it to end...

Hey Suga
It's been a payroll deadline day, so this is my first chance at posting...

Sorry you're feeling so depressed, "no real reason" sucks, I relate to THAT, a whole LOT.

I've never taken any other meds than what I'm on now, so I can't advise about your meds, but I do know my pdoc said that if you feel at ALL "off" it's not right, you should alert the Dr immediately...

Zombie'ish = NOT cool I suggest you reach out to your pdoc, I'm here if you need to chat, I've reached all my deadlines BEFORE the time, so I'm free the rest of the day!
Hope you feel better sOOn! XOXO

Numb and slight depression

It sounds like the weather, sug, cause I think the meds would be mellow and not depressing. But we bp all get depressed at times for now reason at all. Hope you're feeling better. Maybe a nice warm bubble bath might help, too. Hugs, Owl.

Hope you feel better soon. If Lamictin (aka Lamictal) and klonopin are the only things you are taking, I can see how you might feel down and sluggish. Hasn't your Dr. prescribed an anti-depressant? If not, why not? Just a thought. Those two meds can both cause drowsiness.

seeing pdoc today for an assessment after having started the Lamictin. She only wanted to start one med at a time. Hoping that today we can add an AD. We just had to ensure the Lamictin was actually helping, which I think it is.
BUt every now and again I just get dropped, and feel like i'm about to burst into tears.
Feeling better at the moment, and hada nice relaxing evening - let's hope I don't slump again today - it only last about 1/2 to 1 hour yesterday.
Thanks for your support and please keep checking in with me...xxx
