Not real proud of saturday , just wanted to say I am sorry to anyone I may have offended or triggered , It was not my desire to upset anyone ...
It (was) very rare for me to be out of control , I deleted every post that pc would allow me to ... It took most of sunday to get it back in check ... It has embarrassed me greatly ... this is so unlike me ... or at least the me I thought I was ... To those few who reached out to me ... I am ok now ... Ty ...
