I don't know why, but when I listen to country music, it seems to pep me up, I still feel the weepy in the back of my mind ready to spill the flood gates, but thanks to all of you, I feel better. I don't want to be the victim of my emotions anymore.

Yay! I'm happy for you! Music makes a big difference for me - happy music = happy me! And I'm glad PC is helping you as well - having a support group that understands what you're going through can be very helpful!

Hi- I am also a fan of country music. The best part of my day is early in the morning when I walk my dog and listen to my ipod. I can forget my problems for a little bit and enjoy being in the moment. Besides my bipolar I am a the caregiver for my mother who has demntia so I need to destress whenever possible.

I am glad you feel a bit better. I hope that your mood continues to improve. Depression just takes so much out of a person. Wishing you well.
