HI all I have been doing for the last 2 hours is stewing about my dang neighbor !! my son and I were wanting to watch a youtube video real quick we turned on the computer and found the video and watched it when it was almost over I got a couple of phone calls well I didnt know who it was i just kept watching the video . Anywho afterwards I looked at my phone and 1 call was from telemarketer and the other from my neighbor !
She was saying this is ridicous Im trying to sleep i was up all night and i dont feel goo . oops !!! I didnt even realize the volume was up high enough to bother herso I called her back and she started yelling at me so I started yelling back ! She was accusing me of not answering my phone because i knew she was calling me to turn down the volume and i said no I did not know I didnt have the phone with me in the bedrrom and I didnt realize it was up so high and I told her besides its not even like its the middle of the night or anything like that for crying out loud ! it was only 8:15 pm !!! well obviously Now im fuming and cant get this off of my mind I wont be able to sleep the whole situation will drive me nuts all night she used to be a friend/neighbor but she was getting into my business too much so I nipped that in the bud and now she BV$%^&^&%es about everything !!! I dont know what else to do my friend is the manager and my payee also I left her a message at home and work and on facewbook and apologized to my neighbor too so now what do I do ??????

First, take a deep breath. Next, ask yourself if you did everything you should to make it right, apologizing was good..even if you are right and your neighbor doesn't apologize for yelling at you, you'll feel better since you apologized for yelling at her. Third, try to accept your anger and don't load guilt on top of it. You apologized, not much else you can do. The next step is to think about what triggered your anger and plan ways to prepare for it. Like, when you see your neighbor is calling, don't answer right away, but ask yourself if you're in a calm enough state to talk to her without getting angry...hope that helps!
