So, I'm feeling like I have flu right now and didn't think twice about takiung a couple of ibuprofen last night. then i read my purple book and it says i shouldn't cos it increases your lithium levels.
is that true? Does this mean I just have to put up with being sick from now on? |

Hi there!
I suggest you call your pdoc and ask for advice. Pdoc should know what you can take and what not. All the best!!

I would recommend checking with your pharmacist what is safe to take. I'm on lithium and I take Goody Powders, but I know most people cringe at the thought of taking them. I do know you are not suppose to take Ibuprofen or naproxen.
