Hi,

I haven't been on here in ages as I've been busy with uni. I've been particularly busy in this last month, most nights I spend the whole time up doing uni work and will continue to do so till Tuesday next week. I'm really freaking out that I will fail one of my courses and that means I can't graduate this year.

Surprisingly haven't crashed into depression though I am slightly high. But I feel I'm only just in control.

I found out recently that a close family member has breast cancer. I need to help them out but I don't know how I will deal with this extra stress with everything else happening.

I'm sorry you're so stressed! I know how much it can disrupt one's life (I'm having one of those weeks myself as it seems larakeziah is as well). Try to get some sleep - sometimes that more beneficial for academics than actually doing work. I find that if I get too tired I can't even function correctly.

Hope you start feeling better - we're all here for you!

I know how you feel. I am very stressed with some changes at work recently and I too have family that are dealing with health concerns. When I am stressed I try to get a fair amount of sleep and I try to stay with a routine. I hope you are feeling better by the time you recieve this. Remember you're not alone

You know the end of the late nights studying is near.
I'm sure that'll take a lot of the pressure off you. Receiving news of breast cancer of a friend is never easy, but try ensure you are healthy and well yourself first. If you are on meds, ask your pdoc to tweak them until you feel you are a lot more stable.
Don't take on more than you can handle, because that can land up in disasterous consequences.
The wheel will turn, and you will land up coming out on top

Well my shift got cancelled so I spent the day having a number of naps. Feeling pretty down and out of it now.
