I have been relatively stable for 18 months with monthly ECT. (We were stopping it now) It hasn't been 4 weeks yet, only 3 but this last week I became very anxious and overwhelmed. Where I volunteer I take a supervisory role and I was gone for 2 weeks. When I got back it seemed that almost nothing had been done and there were a lot of complaints. The guy I had to work with spents most of his time standing and staring and I have to tell him to get started frequently. Also when he did do things he left them half way done. On Tuesday the man in charged decided to let him go although someone else had to tell him. He showed up again on Thursday. Then on top of that three clients came in and were unreasonable (no, it wasn't me it was definitely them).

I stayed very anxious and agitated so I took Ativan once with little relief. The anxiety is fading but I feel very down, my body feels heavy, no appetite I have a headache, no interest in doing anything, can't concentrate and so on. I guess I have to wait and see how it goes. I see my pdoc on Nov 9th I think and my psychologist on Tuesday. I have no question, I don't know what I want from posting this.

Sending you some good vibes Anneinside. I hope the depression doesn't stick around.
