This time of year is bad for me. I've had my worst episodes in the Fall.

I've had a lot of stress lately and was put on seroquel. My moods were on "shuffle"- was tiring and weird. My dr took me off the seroquel after a week and a bit because I felt like I had tiny bugs on me. Still, though, I'm nauseated - a week after stopping. I don't eat much. Sometimes, I had to hold my head and try not to vomit. I may be losing weight. I'm now just on Ativan 1-2 x per day. Well with all my other usuals.

I was so stressed and was afraid I'd go manic and/or delusional/hlucinate. I could feel myself going that way. The Ativan does work. I just wonder if this is the week of seroquel doing this and how long it will last.

Hi Moose, when I'm anxious I get sick (vomiting etc.) I think it's worth speaking to your pdoc about it.

were you on more than a low dosage?
i don't remember in particular about seroquel, but many you have to taper off (even though they're not addicitive). i had to go off my anti-psychotics cold turkey from a fairly high dose because i developed horrible side effects, and went through 2 months of withdrawal. which included nausea and massive anxiety attacks.

It was a tiny dose for a week. I never tapered. Just quit.

Why do you love it? And why do you think you're addicted?

So far he hasn't worked with any- or barely. He needs someone he'll actually talk with.
