It's not like missing time, but I find that two or three hours can pass and I haven't done anything but sit around. It's like before I know it, the time just goes "poof". I look at the clock and thing "what???"
I guess that's depression. Anyone else have that happen?

All the time. (no pun intended)

It does happen to me a lot. I have been mixed/depressed for about two years.

Totally! I plan on doing something for only a few minutes and then end up doing it for two hours...

It happens to me, usually when I am on a down swing. It makes me feel worse because everything I wanted to do is left undone. It also tells me that I am too low and a med adjustment may be needed. I am learning to keep my docs informed of these shifts and to chart them. Eventually I hope to use these to help me identify potential triggers so I can adjust my behavior to prevent big shifts in either direction.

i call that part of the down-side an "initiative disorder" because i cannot seem to initiate any action,, like a zombie, i just sit or lay there,, finally i learned to let myself think about pleasant things at least, this helps me feel a little better,,, hope you find a way out of the doldrums (not moving) soon,,, best wishes, Gus

I am have the same thing right now. I sit down and just don't get up. I have sat through the last week, achieving nothing. This is one of the signs of the beginning of depression for me.

This happens to me quite often. I am retired on disability, so I try not to beat myself up on what I should be accomplishing. I have learned to roll with it for the most part.

I love my computer. Whenever I sit, I sit in front of it and play. Hours pass, but at least I've done something vs sitting around wasting time, which is too easy to do when in a down swing.

It happens to me during a work day, when I realise I've messed around on the PC and done no work. I just haven't been able to find the motivation to do anything
