I am on Depakote, Seroquel and Prozac and I feel like I am burning a hole in my stomach. I've been trying to get in touch with my p-doc.

If you didn't have the heartburn when you first started taking your meds and you haven't had an increase, then it may have nothing to do with your medication. I had terrible pain in my stomach (not abdomen), saw my medical doctor and got a med to reduce stomach acid. Within a few weeks I stopped having any pain. See your medical doctor.

Until you can get into the GP, it helps to prop yourself up when you sleep either by: propping up with several pillows, using a foam wedge, or raising the head of your bed on blocks. This link has some acid reflux diet and heartburn recommendations which might help too in the meantime:

Sometimes meds can be the culprit or may just develop it unrelated, hard to tell. But if your psych meds are working for you, it's not worth stopping to find out, there are diet and acid-reducing meds to accommodate for it, talk to the doc.

Yes I have a horrible time with it. I am prescribed 40mg of omaparzole each day. Talk to your doctor. It is available over the counter but much cheaper when prescribed.
