Like you cant trust your memories.
For instance, i cant trust my memories, i was sure i knew how a certain celeb had died and i was completely wrong!
if a few certain things happen on one day my head puts them altogether totally wrong and i come up with a memory i am CERTAIN happened and it didnt!
This comes with mania for me and anxiety!

Serious alcoholic who are thiamine deficient can have brain changes that leads to something called confabulation - where they fill in the details surrounding a particular memory with nonsense.
