I'm sorry that you're struggling, Widgets. Make sure to drink lots of water to calm your stomach down. That's pretty bad that you haven't eaten anything in a week. Good meals are essential to feeling healthy both physically and mentally.

Have you talked to your Pdoc recently?

talked to my careworker today, then when she left i just felt worse, seeing pdoc tomorrow but not looking forward to it.
I feel like i need to get out of my life. i need to take a break. I'm turning myself inside out with worry, i cant concentrate on anything that i usually would be able to. i'll find myself sat here, then i notice an advert on tv and have NO idea what actually on! i'm freezing cold but the room temp is normal, its at a temp where i would usually be quite hot.
