im on effexor, gave up on epilim. I know i need a pdoc review. I dont do myself any favours.

Sorry you're still not feeling too hot, rapid. I would definitely talk to your pdoc as soon as you can.

For now just keep on hanging in there like you're been doing. As one of my favorite musicians, Ingrid Michaelson, sings: "All we can do is keep breathing"

Sort out the pdoc appointment ASAP and get your meds sorted. It will really help with your moods

Doing what's best for you - like going to see your pdoc for a meds review - should be a priority COS YOU ARE WORTH IT. You deserve to have help to let you feel happy again. You do not deserve to keep on suffering... Please get some help.
And don't shut up, keep talking to us coz if you shut up we'll worry coz we care about you...
