Anyone else gone from .25mg twice/day to 0mg in the span of 50 hours before, and have withdraw? I'm having loss of appetite and some cramps from hunger, and maaaybe some mild dysporia. Anyone else ever experience withdraw from klonopin, and how long did the withdraw last?

I was on 3mg of Klonopin a day and just stopped it one day. I didn't notice any ill side effects or withdraws but I have heard other people say they had symptoms. Good luck!

I was on 3mg a day. I had to taper off in the hospital .5mg less each day. About the 3rd day or so I think I started with the bad withdrawals. Usually in the morning I would freak out on someone. I had a lot of body cramps, anxiety, shaky feeling. Insomnia. That all lasted about a week.

I am really sensitive to meds and everything in general, I have a lot of allergies to meds/foods/environment/chemicals as well. Soo...I think what I had is probably worst case scenario type of thing.

I don't remember what my dose was, but it wasn't a large dose. I tapered off in the hospital as well and I remember feeling a little bit fluish. When I asked the doctor, he said it was probably the Klonopin. I can't take Benzos anymore because they actually cause me to become more anxious.

Well, i had some reeally BAD body cramps yesterday, and a complete loss of appetite for two days plus some mild dysphoria. The body cramps and appetite has kinda improved today asi ate more. But I can feel mild cramping even tonight. The cramps caused a lot of insomnia as i kept waking up from the pain, and having trouble getting back to sleep.

Ugh. I am not ever going to take Benzos again. Ever.

anxiety and insomnia in less severe cases of withdrawal

I take 0.5mg PRN. I have taken as many as 4 of these tablets a day as needed, and the next not taken any at all. Most days I take one in the morning, sometimes a second at lunch time. But I don't experience and side-effects if I don't take them for a few days
