My mood is crazy. I have severe anxiety right now. I feel like I am running a race and I will never catch-up. I am so anxious. I have Klonopin, Xanax, and Valium to help, but they make me so tired (impossible to take care of the kids).

I am taking 300 mg of Lamictal, but I don't see it helping me with feeling "high" I am just stuck in "lows"-very dark lows. I just can't handle my life right now. I am drowning.

I am also suffering from an eating disorder. These feelings have made me lose weight, and when I do eat, I purge.

Basically, everything sucks!!!

Help. Please help!

Hey Irishgirl4,

How are you today?

Please call your Doctor.... I don't think you can handle this one on your own

irishgirl, you're lamictal can be increased and your other meds adjusted...please call your dr. Is there anyone who can take the kids for a couple of hours so you can get a break? I'd make sure to get a good night's sleep, too. Have you ever had treatment for an eating disorder? It's time to tell your dr about those symptoms too.

How long have you been on meds? It took my doctor's a while to find a combination that worked for me, and then it took a while for them to start working. Lamactil (lamotrigine) did end up working very well for me.
