I have moved 750 miles away to take a new job since I could find nothing in California. I hate being alone and for the first time in my life I am actually living by myself. On top of that my job is so stressful that my anxiety is through the roof. I am to the point that my body is just numb most of the time. It is making getting through life really hard. My mood is stable on my cocktail but I am so lonely and stressed that it is killing me.
Has anyone else dealt with physical numbness through stress and/or loneliness?

It's very stressful to relocate, especially when you do it on your own. Give yourself some time to adjust. You will soon make new friends and start enjoying things again.
