I know that feeling so well. Sometimes I have to go where no one can hear me and just shout about it. Exercising hard can help too.

I know that, too; all too well. I had terrible rages as a kid; i remember almost killing two other kids because they said something that upset me. I had a lot of rage when i was 9 or 10. I remember rage attacks during high school and, rarely in college. I had one in years a month ago.
I hope you get better soon. Just stay away from folks! Feel better soon! ![]()

good! I'm going through the same thing. Trying to keep it together. Trying to laugh at the things that bother me in the outside world and have compassion for the thing that bother me internally.

When I get angry and full or rage I throw ice cubes into an empty bath tub and that helps relieve me. I hope you feel relief soon.

thanks for all the help and suggestions, just saying how i was feeling helped, it was good to be able to just say it and get support!
