I feel pretty much normal, down and mopy and bored and neutral, and still hate myself.
But i feel like i'm thinking straight for the first time in ages, it actually feels really bloody strange.
I also feel, that coming to the end of my assesment, what if they're like oh ur fine. and then 8 months or a year down the line it comes back? i'm on no meds.

They will likely put you as in remission and you call when you have another episode.

Hey Widget,

Was thinking about you yesterday how weird!!

I think they will take into account how you have been throughout the assessment period how long has it been?? and decide what's the best course of action.

I know for me I saw Psych in the May and by the September I was seeing him again and getting my diagnosis. Ye it's hard... no one has said it would be easy but you can get thorough this... you have proven it

I know what you mean about it being bloody weird to be thinking straight. Sorry you're still depressed, I hope that improves soon. But you know, I'm impressed you're off meds.
