yeah its good, but sometimes the words dont fit right. Shame im not smarter, could create my own personal mood tracker

Really interesting. Made and account and did the first day. Trick is going to be doing it consistently to try to get accurate results.

I like this; it took a bit of time (wanted the buttons to move faster ) but I'm curious to see what the pattern is. Thanks!

I want the buttons to move faster too. It takes longer to do than it really should. I know they were trying to be cute with the cards, but it isn't that user friendly. I'm using it though. We'll see what I think of it after a few weeks.

I use Optimism. It works online, on an Apple and there is a iPod Touch/iPhone app. You can document mood, symptoms, triggers and journal. Also you can change symptoms/triggers to whatever you want them to be.

Hm I like this, agree with others that I wish the buttons moved faster but I wanted t thank you - I'll be trying this for a short bit =)
