Do you ever feel like you are crawling in your own skin? Like you just can't stand to be in it?

Yes, during my manic episodes. I feel like I want to move faster than my body is capable of, hence feeling uncomfortable, and wanting to just jump out of my skin!

I feel like that right now.

Trying to relax myself with some downtempo trance music.

It really sucks. I hate it so much because I feel like I am crawling in my skin, but I am depressed at the same time. UGH!

Oh yes. It is the worst feeling ever. Especially when all you want to do is crawl under the covers and pass out but there is not way you can sit still for one second. Oh it is awful. I get it manic/mixed. But I also had it while I was adjusting to my meds. sucks real bad.

Exactly, I just want to crawl under the covers, pass out and not wake up!
